On Court Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is based around building a foundation that involves putting student-athletes in the best situation to succeed while supporting the staple on-floor needs of effort, energy, and execution.
From day one, we will demand from our players that they compete and give maximum effort. As a coaching staff, we will hold our program and ourselves accountable for every drill, every practice, every possession, and every game.
Student-athletes going through our basketball program at Armstrong High School can expect to be taught at a high level, communicated with, motivated, and prepared to take the next step in their lives. Student-athletes will see outstanding growth as people, community members, students, and athletes during their time within our program.
